Now is the time to have a thorough discussion with your coach about how they will plan your training, what will appear in your diary and how you will follow that plan. Many coaches will have their own crib sheet for this or explain it to you as part of their onboarding process. But once your first block of training is in Xhale there are a number of ways you can view it.
Browser: It is advisable to login to Xhale on your browser most days. If you are only using the app then there is a chance you will miss details from your coach. On the browser there is more functionality and you will be able to see comments and reply more clearly, as well as checking your upcoming training and message board. The weekly plan narrative and end of week feedback is only available on the browser view.
App: You can view your planned training sessions, put in feedback, upload data (and see completed training once data is uploaded) message your coach and put in diary entries. Completed sessions will have a small tick in the box.
Viewing your training plan: When you go into the diary on your browser you will see the weeks of training your coach has scheduled. You can click each of the sessions to see the plan for that session, and you can ask questions of your coach if you have any queries. It is best practice to keep all your communication about a session in the messages in that session so you both know exactly what you are discussing.
