Training Zones
Complete this information if you have it – discuss with coach what is needed by them. Xhale will automatically fill out the zones for you from a maximum heart rate (if you don’t know this you can use 220- your age) and FTP for the bike power zones.
Opening an account and completing your profile
Then head over to the profile section: Click into “profile and settings” on top right corner of your diary. Fill in as much detail as you can for your coach on the profile page including uploading a photo for your avatar.
Sync COROS and Xhale
Xhale and COROS can be linked together to automatically sync completed training from a COROS watch to Xhale.
